"Jennifer Ott was our transaction coordinator for several years before she ventured out to start her own business. I am a control freak by nature and don’t hand my contracts over to just anybody. I always worry about the client thinking I simply got them under contract and just handed them off. Jennifer always made sure that wasn’t the feeling for my clients. Whenever things would happen beyond our control that would cause the transaction to go “sideways”, we always worked together to perfect the process in order to prevent future occurrences. She was always fast and efficient and could handle many contracts at once. Whenever I got super busy, I never had to worry about whether things were being completed. I just trusted that they were. She is also very knowledgeable about real estate legalities. No matter what, there always seems to be “firsts” in this business that can land a realtor in court. I never had to worry about that, either, with Jennifer. She knows the legality of the business and knows where to find the answer if she doesn’t. She’s easy to work with and you won’t use anybody else after you use her. "
